Mothers Clinic Package T&C's

By enrolling in a Mothers Clinic package you are Consenting to our Clinic Terms & Conditions as outlined below:

  • All consultations are confidential, and client information is protected under privacy laws.
  • Our services are not suitable for crisis or emergency support. Crisis support services are listed on our website HERE or for urgent matters please call 000 immediately.
  • Consults may be via Telehealth or phone call.
  • If a session is disrupted due to technical issues, it may be rescheduled at the discretion of the clinic.
  • Deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable.
  • Pre-payments may be transferred to a new appointment time, however only where 24 hours notice has been given.
  • Our strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all consults, including pre-paid consultations.
  • Payment transfers/refunds will not apply to appointments cancelled within the 24-hour window prior to the appointment time and date (i.e. in the case of late cancellation), or to any consult not attended (i.e. in the case of no show).
  • Late arrivals may not receive the full consultation time due to scheduling constraints and the need to respect subsequent appointments.
  • Mothers Clinic reserves the right to update or make change to these Terms and Conditions, with notice.  

 

PAYMENT PLANS

  • Instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated payment method on the due date.
  • By opting for a payment plan, you have authorised us to deduct the instalment amounts from your debit or credit card under the payment plan schedule below.
  • You agree to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account to meet any withdrawals made by us on their scheduled due dates.
  • Where payment is defaulted or not received, you authorise us to debit any outstanding funds from your nominated account, without the need for notifying you.
  • Where you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, you must provide a new eligible method of payment immediately or we may suspend or cancel your package including scheduled or unused appointments.

 

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS & TIMEFRAMES FOR USAGE

Support packages are valid for a specified period from the date of purchase as outlined below:

Motherhood Village Complete Package:

Inclusions: Available towards TWO (2) services choosing the Naturopath or Nutritionist, and the Psychologist. SIX (6) sessions total, shared: 2x initial sessions (60 minutes Naturopath or Nutritionist and 50 minutes Psychologist) and 4x follow up sessions (30 minutes Naturopath or Nutritionist and 50 minutes Psychology).

Usage Timeframe: Consultations to be used (i.e. all 6 sessions booked + attended) within TWELVE (12) months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated/agreed upon).

Motherhood Membership: Access is for FOUR (4 months).

Payment Plan Schedule: $649.50 (50%) deposit + 8 instalments of $97.40 (Inc. 10% admin fee)

Evolving Mama Mental Health Package (Psychology only):

Inclusions: Available towards PSYCHOLOGY services only. THREE (3) sessions: 1x initial session and 2x follow up session (50 minutes each).

Usage Timeframe: Consultations to be used (i.e. all 3 sessions booked + attended) within SIX (6) months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated/agreed upon).

Motherhood Membership: Access is for THREE (3 months).

Payment Plan Schedule: $419.50 (50%) deposit + 4 instalments of $125.85 (Inc. 10% admin fee)

Evolving Mama Physical Health Package (Naturopath/Nutritionist only):

Inclusions: Available towards ONE service from either the Naturopath or Nutritionist. 1x initial consultation (60 minutes) and 2 x follow up consultations (30 minutes).

Usage Timeframe: Consultations to be used (i.e. all 3 sessions booked + attended) within SIX (6) months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated/agreed upon).

Motherhood Membership: Access is for THREE (3 months).

Payment Plan Schedule: $249.50 (50%) deposit + 4 instalments of $74.85 (Inc. 10% admin fee)

Motherhood Foundations Mental Health Package (Psychology only):

Inclusions: Available towards PSYCHOLOGY services only. TWO (2) sessions: 1x initial session and 1x follow up session (50 minutes each).

Usage Timeframe: Consultations to be used (i.e. all 2 sessions booked + attended) within THREE (3) months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated/agreed upon).

Motherhood Membership: Access is for TWO (2 months).

Payment Plan Schedule: $279.50 (50%) deposit + 3 instalments of $111.80 (inc. 10% admin fee)

Motherhood Foundations Physical Health Package (Naturopath/Nutritionist only):

Inclusions: Available towards ONE service from either the Naturopath or Nutritionist. 1x initial consultation (60 minutes) and 1 x follow up consultations (30 minutes).

Usage Timeframe: Consultations to be used (i.e. all 2 sessions booked + attended) within THREE (3) months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated/agreed upon).

Motherhood Membership: Access is for TWO (2 months).

Payment Plan Schedule: $184.50 (50%) deposit + 3 instalments of $73.80 (Inc. 10% admin fee)

 


APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is strictly 24-hours notice. We ask that you give at least 24-hours notice for change or cancellation of your appointment. Mothers Mylk Clinic does not provide refunds for pre-paid appointments cancelled within the 24-hour period prior to the appointment time and date. 

 

48HR APPOINTMENT GUARANTEE

We are committed to offering appointments/consultations within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) with at least one slot available per service category. Please note that clients of our Motherhood Membership and Mothers Clinic Packages will be offered first priority to this guarantee. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, this does not guarantee appointments at your preferred time or with your preferred service Practitioner. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the selected Practitioner. The eligibility of Practitioners and service categories is determined at the discretion of Mothers Clinic.

EMPOWERED MOTHERHOOD GUARANTEE

If you’re ever unsatisfied with any consultation you receive at Mothers Clinic in future, you simply don’t pay anything for it. That’s how confident we are in the complete support we provide!  In the case where our Empowered Motherhood Guarantee applies, please refer to mothersmylk.co/pages/empowered-motherhood-guarantee for the details and restrictions of the guarantee.
