BEYOND BLUE

Beyond Blue is an independent, not-for-profit organisation working to reduce the impact of anxiety, depression and suicide in Australia.

They offer great resources for new and expectant parents, covering everything from bonding with your baby to spotting the signs of anxiety and depression.

COPE - CENTRE OF PERINATAL EXCELLENCE

Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) is a not-for-profit organisation devoted to reducing the impacts of emotional and mental health problems in the pre and postnatal periods.

They offer support across every stage – from planning a family to expecting a baby, preparing for birth and for new parents.

PERINATAL WELLBEING TEAM (QLD METRO NORTH)

The Perinatal Wellbeing team is a non-acute nurse-led service that supports emotional health and wellbeing of women, their partners and families during the perinatal period, conception to a year after the birth of a baby.

Mothers Mylk co-founder, Shannon, accessed this service after the birth of her first son. Shannon highly recommends this service for any Mama needing support. Any Mama living or birthing in the QLD Metro North area can access this service.

Birthtalk.org is an organisation specialising in:
