Birth Partners Help List

Written by Alana Mulhall & Shannon Hayes

Birth is a wild ride, even if you're not the one giving birth it is important to be prepared. A birth partner being prepared and knowing how to support a mama during labour can significantly improve a birthing experience.

We have created a birth partner help list to help birthing partners prepare for labour so they can feel empowered with what they need to do and their important role when it comes time for the exciting big event.

You may want to go through this list prior to birth and add to it anything you would like your birth partner to do during labour.

Hot tip! Have your birth partner print out this list and keep a copy so they can refer back to it during the early stages of labour.
