Full of information for not only pregnant or postpartum women but for everyone and the recipes are so delicious while being so healthy - love this. I am a grandma so cooking healthy for my whole family is a win win for me.

The wealth of information that’s in Nourish Postpartum is the perfect gift for first time mums. I found this book after my first baby was born and I wish I had, had it before my first born was born. I since have bought this book for two friends that were first time mums. We in Australia really don’t do the fourth trimester well and it due to lack of knowledge. This book is a great start to fix that.
The amazing recipes are an added bonus.

There is invaluable content in this book! The last thing we need to think about after having a baby is the what and how to nourish our bodies and this book does all the thinking for us mummas!
Great recipes, good info on nutrition
I’m so happy I purchased this book. I have cooked so many of the recipes and they are all delicious! This is my 2nd time having a child and I wish I had of had this book last time. I feel so much better and I’m looking after a newborn and toddler this time around.
Having been someone that saw a naturopath throughout my pregnancy, I was so excited to see that I could have some of the important nutrients at my fingertips for PP. I have even bought this book for a friend that is a first time mum. It’s a perfect gift for the first time mum and has a holistic health approach.
Such an amazing cook book with an abundance of information for the postpartum season. This isn’t just for postpartum, so many delicious and nutritious recipes for everyone including your babies starting solids. Purchased for my doula business but wishing I had it for my postpartum! A must have and great gift for a new/born mama!
I really liked the brief but informative information at the start of the book. I’ve already made a couple of recipes and all were easy, delicious and made me feel full for a long time. I also appreciate the symbol denoting what meals freeze well as I often freeze things that just end up not tasting great once defrosted again… not anymore! Will definitely purchase for my friends when they get pregnant :)
The best little investment to date! I was struggling for new ideas of healthy food to support my breastfeeding demands and this book saved me. Lovely recipes, that actually taste so yummy for everyone! Great education too.
This book really helped me to navigate what to eat when I can home from hospital. I highly recommend it.
Still pregnant but preparing for the fourth trimester. Have found the healthier snack options great in pregnancy too for sustained satiety. Everything has been tasty. Happy with my purchase!
