The perfect beverage to sip on through the party season! This is a delicious pregnancy and breastfeeding friendly mocktail that isn’t packed with artificial sugars or flavours, just real ingredients that you can enjoy!


  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 bunch mint (stems removed)  
  • 3 limes (juiced)
  • 150mL coconut water
  • Soda water


          1. Using a mortar and pestle, grind the mint leaves and sugar together gently.
          2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime juice and coconut water and give it a shake.
          3. Evenly divide the mint mixture, ice cubes and lime juice mix between 2 glasses and then top up each glass with soda water.
