Our practitioners are highly experienced in their respective fields and provide services and support to women throughout the perinatal period.

If you are a GP or Psychiatrist, referrals and Mental Health Care Plans for your patient can be emailed to us directly. With a Mental Health Care Plan your patient will be eligible to access a Medicare rebate for up to 10 individual sessions each calendar year with our Psychologist, Jaclyn Potts.

If a Mental Health Care Plan is not indicated, patients can be still book an appointment as a Private Client. Private health insurance rebates may be available for patients with private health insurance.

Jaclyn is a trauma informed, compassionate and warm Registered Psychologist who has extensive experience working in the perinatal space. Clients describe Jaclyn’s style as positive, 'cocooning' & warm.

Jaclyn is an AHPRA registered psychologist with over a decade of experience. Having completed her postgraduate studies in the Masters in Professional Psychological Services (MPPS) program. She has extensive experience supervising provisional psychologists, registered psychologists and other health professionals (support workers, social workers).

Her purpose is to walk alongside you and empower you during your journey of healing. Jaclyn uses a variety of tools to support this journey including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT therapies, and individual tools specific to your needs.

Clients describe Jaclyn's style as positive, 'cocooning' & warm as she holds space for you to be vulnerable and held while you process your experiences and discuss your inner thoughts. You may have experienced trauma, be navigating infertility and fertility experiences or be a new Mum. Jaclyn has a strong relational focus and is here to be your biggest fan and ally through these experiences.

Christine is passionate about the importance and health benefits of sleep to both parents and children and is dedicated to helping parents find a sleep solution that works for them. Christine's approach is gentle, holistic and responsive with no cry-it-out variations.

"As a mother, I know all too well the feelings of frustration and impact of sleep deprivation when your child is not sleeping well. My own personal experiences sparked a fascination with sleep and the science behind it, which then led me to my studies in becoming a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant."

 

Christine doesn't believe in a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to children's sleep. She take a holistic approach, taking into consideration sleep environment, a child's temperament, feeding and nutrition, nap routines, medical issues, and of course your parenting style.

As a first time mum with an infant she understands the need for practical methods that can adapt to your busy lifestyle, considering social and environmental influences on health such as cultural traditions/beliefs, genetics and accessibility.

Christine is a university qualified nutritionist and is therefore equipped with the latest research and has the skills to translate this into individualised advice.
