Vegetable Broth

Making your own vegetable broth is so easy! Simply keep your vegetable scraps including all your onion peels and garlic peels. Sautee your vegetable scraps and then simmer with spices, salt and pepper for a minimum of 1hr. You can then use this broth to add to the bases of soups or stews.

Fresh Medjool Dates

Fresh medjool dates are found in supermarkets in the refrigerator section. This type of date is a softer and sweeter date with a slightly caramel flavour. We love to use fresh medjool dates as a natural sweetener. Fresh medjool dates can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes.
