Excellent book for knowledge and recipes to look after you. Love that the recipes are toddler friendly and quick and easy to make as the days are busy with a toddler and newborn. Beautiful and nourishing recipes that also taste delicious. Love the information at the beginning of the book as well. Only wish I had purchased the book sooner.

I thoroughly enjoyed my course. The personal approach with the emails that are a check in from Alana, and the fact that it is so open to any question gives it a beautiful touch. We are able to share our own information for advice which is such a bonus too. All the recipes are time friendly and great for the whole family. I put forward my highest recommendation.
I really went into my pregnancy ignorant and spent the majority “low risk” so just assumed I didn’t need to know anything more or that i would cruise into birth and motherhood and pick up what I needed along the way. What a shock to the system having an irregular scan post getting covid late in my final trimester and then monitoring from that point on along with a emergency c section labour after multiple methods of interventions and then being completely depleted and u prepared postpartum. Mothers Mylk postpartum package has given me a sense of structure and agency back and guided me back to be Holistically healthy again, with beautiful food from the book, information on supplements in the resources and how to compact postpartum depletion in the courses. I am becoming educated and slowly gathering my sense of self back to thrive in motherhood. Thank you.

I love this book! The recipes in it are so delicious and importantly easy to make and have been hugely popular with the whole family. Some of the stand out so far. Everyday now I have been eating their stewed apples and oats for breakfast which I love love love as have never before been much of a porridge fan but it’s so good for my digestive system and with this recipe I crave the taste as well. The caffeinated smoothie is also amazing, my husband said it’s his favourite smoothie recipe ever! And my toddler adores the chia seeds pudding recipe. We also all love the peas and avocado as a quick lunch. We can’t wait to keep making meals out of the book and shout out to Shannon and Alanna who have amazing customer service and were so helpful and lovely in all their emails. I have already bought a second book as a gift for a second time mumma friend, and will definitely gift it in the future.
