Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This is one of our favourite cooking oils to use as it is so versatile. Extra virgin olive oil or (EVOO) is a relatively heat stable oil and is known for its anti-inflammatory health properties. When selecting olive oil we recommend choosing an extra virgin olive oil which is bottled in a dark coloured glass bottle.
